Job summary

Depaul USA seeks a Life Skills Coach in St. Louis, MO to work with staff and clients on treatment goals, housing access, and service coordination. Responsibilities include outreach, eligibility screening, counseling, and coordinating housing and services following HUD guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years’ experience in related field; LCSW preferred.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, conflict management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management systems.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements treatment goals and housing-related plans.
• Client outreach, eligibility screening, counseling, and housing coordination.
• Maintain daily progress notes and required reports.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and coordinate with service providers.
