Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Restaurant Caretaker to keep dining areas clean, safe, and operating on mountain properties. You will operate a snowcat for delivering supplies and assist with daily restaurant closing procedures.

Housing is provided on site, and the role is a seasonal full-time position with benefits. Prior maintenance or landscaping experience and a valid license are required to apply.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid, current, unrestricted driver's license required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a facility maintenance or landscaping position required.
• Prior experience driving a snowcat or similar equipment preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform physical and mechanical walk-throughs and report issues to management.
• Snow removal on decks and walkways; icicle removal and snowmelt application.
• Seasonal tasks include landscaping, trash removal, cleaning, and bulb replacement.
• Assist facilities or engineering with maintenance projects.
• Set ski or bike racks and secure the building before close.
• Operate Snowcat to deliver items to on-mountain restaurants per routes.
• Complete daily Snowcat pre-start procedures and fuel checks.
• Follow safety protocols for trash, recycling, and hazardous goods.
