Job description

Reports to Housing / Hospitality Director

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Housing / Hospitality Assistant to join us on a full-time or part-time basis. This role involves handling administrative duties, welcoming calls for teams, ensuring completion of administrative requirements and deadlines, overseeing team status, and assisting customers with their reservations needs.

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week or part-time of 15-20 hours per week
  • Remote work, offering flexibility within our office hours

What You’ll Do (But Also Not Limited to These Tasks):
  • Daily recruitment of new teams via phone, text, email, and social platforms
  • Daily handling of phone calls and info account emails
  • Daily research for new contacts and potential team leads
