Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a Residential Coordinator for Irving Street Women’s Residence to manage the facility on shift, support residents in housing stability, and coordinate services. The role emphasizes Housing First, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and critical time intervention within a 24-hour Safe Haven model.

Responsibilities include maintaining resident safety, data entry, and coordination with the Residential Case Manager, while addressing housing needs and providing

Competenze

• Associates Degree in a related area or equivalent experience in human services.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certifications and pass background checks.

• Ensure residents' voices are heard and inform programming decisions.
• Know program requirements including referral process and HUD standards within Safe Haven.
• Direct and monitor housing stability services and coordinate with the team to serve up to 25 residents.
