Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in homeless services, housing navigation, or case management preferred.
• Knowledge of Housing First, Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed Care, and motivational interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-first case management to interim housing participants.
• Prioritize rapid permanent housing placement.
• Maintain documentation and timely HMIS updates.
• Coordinate with housing navigators, programs, and external partners.
• Support tenants with lease obligations and rights.
