Qualifications

• Knowledge of effective Crisis Intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management support to tenants in a congregate housing environment.
• Collaborate with the case management team to stabilize tenants and promote their growth.
• Assist tenants with obtaining benefits, healthcare, and educational opportunities.

Bi-lingual – Spanish/English

Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

Education

High School Diploma or GED
