The Loudoun County Government seeks a Housing Finance Project Manager to administer the Attainable Housing Loan Program and support public-private partnerships to advance attainable housing in the County.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, plus familiarity with HUD/FNMA/FHLMC/LIHTC policies and loan processing for first-time homebuyers.

The Housing Finance Project Manager will administer the County's Attainable Housing Loan Program, support the implementation of public-private partnerships, and other housing initiatives to preserve and increase the supply of attainable housing in Loudoun County. The Attainable Housing Loan Program has awarded more than $150 million in local funding to support the development of more than 2,200 new attainable units over the last decade.

Bachelor's degree in Housing Finance, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Community Development, or Business Management; four (4) years of direct professional experience administering housing finance programs and developing multi-family rental housing along with familiarity with HUD/FNMA/FHLMC/LIHTC policies and procedures/loan processing and mortgage lending for first time homebuyers; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Successful candidates will undergo background checks as required. Valid driver's license and good driving record (driving records may be reviewed annually for continued qualification).
