Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline and marketing of three Affordable Housing Loan Funds across Wake County, Chapel Hill, and Durham.
• Vet project and borrower financials; build relationships with affordable housing stakeholders.
• Support outreach, conferences, and meetings; coordinate marketing materials and newsletters.
• Provide program and process support, including budgets, invoicing, and compliance tracking.
• Assist credit teams with 3rd party reporting and other duties as needed.
