Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline and marketing for three affordable housing loan funds in Wake County, Chapel Hill, and Durham.
• Vet borrowers by analyzing capital sources, finances, and management capacity.
• Prepare LOIs and term sheets with lending team.
• Coordinate data management and program compliance tracking.
• Support budgets, invoices and conference preparation.
