Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, public administration, business administration, or related field.
• Seven years progressively responsible accounting, auditing, and financial work experience, including systems implementation.
• Three years in a supervisory or management role.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Valid California driver’s license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the Mixed Finance division with goals, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee budgetary and financial accounting functions for mixed finance projects.
• Direct financial activities for pre-development, rehabilitation, and construction of mixed finance properties.
• Coordinate audits, prepare ad-hoc financial reports, and ensure HUD/ACFR compliance.
• Manage journal entries, consolidations, and asset-related financial processes.
• Ensure HUD LOCC system accuracy for reimbursements and related payments.
