Qualifications

• Associates degree with 2 years accounting experience or Bachelor's with internship.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel for financial data handling.
• Strong organization and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Post monthly tenant rent invoices for housing entities and market rate apartments.
• Prepare cash application entries for housing entities and market rate apartments.
• Assist in managing apartment rent accounts receivable.
• Reconcile housing security deposit transactions.
• Reconcile rent rolls with general ledger.
• Review leases to ensure rent roll accuracy.
• Prepare general journal entries and reconciliations per month-end schedule.
• Assist with reports for funding sources and financial analysis.
• Assist in assembling records for audits and reviews.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
