Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must complete specialist certification course within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in subsidized programs eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with the application process for subsidized housing programs (HCV, PH, LIHTC, etc.).
• Review and verify documentation to determine eligibility.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case files.
• Provide information and support to clients regarding program requirements and processes.
• Conduct client interviews to gather necessary information.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
