Job summary

AMA Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Housing Specialist I to work onsite in Chicago. You will assist clients with subsidized housing applications (HCV, PH, LIHTC), review documents for eligibility, and maintain accurate case records.

You will conduct client interviews, provide program guidance, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with associate/bachelor’s preferred, and at least 1 year in subsidized programs eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must complete specialist certification course within 60 days of hire (HCV, Public Housing, LIHTC, etc.).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in subsidized programs eligibility.

Responsibilities
