Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience managing community development projects, including supervision and grant budgeting.
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field; substituted by four extra years of related work.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local housing laws and funding mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned staff and provides guidance and development.
• Reviews development projects for timely documentation and completion.
• Provides technical assistance to developers and reviews funding requirements.
• Coordinates with partners to maintain communication on shared projects.
• Monitors expenditures and authorizes payments per requirements.
