Responsibilities

Identify funding opportunities for redevelopment and construction projects.
Develop project budgets and cost estimates with Agency consultants.
Manage budget status and identify potential issues throughout the project life cycle.
Develop and maintain comprehensive pre-construction and project schedules.
Oversee procurement requirements, including selection of the Architect and General Contractor.
Review environmental site assessments, hazmat surveys and similar third-party studies.
Coordinate with external agencies as needed and participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
Assist with relocation plans and visit construction sites to monitor progress.
Maintain project reporting, including field inspection reports and cost tracking.
