Rutgers University-Camden is seeking a Custodian for Housing on its Camden campus. You will perform routine custodial tasks to keep buildings clean and safe, and handle basic maintenance as needed. This on-site role supports housing facilities and oversees daily cleaning operations.

The position is full-time with a 40-hour workweek, FLSA nonexempt, and offers benefits consistent with Rutgers standards. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds and have no experience required.

Responsibilities

• The employee will perform a wide variety of routine custodial duties required to maintain buildings and grounds in a clean and habitable condition.
• Will also perform basic maintenance and repair duties on university facilities and equipment.
• This position has multiple vacancies and schedule options for first and second shift.
