Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate custodial equipment and college vehicles.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain classrooms, offices, laboratories, and common areas in clean, sanitary condition.
• Assist with event setups and light labor tasks.
• Perform seasonal deep cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and safety hazards following procedures.
