Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Housing Coordinator in St. Charles, IL to manage communication and coordinate temporary housing arrangements for clients. You’ll handle around 60 calls and 100–150 emails daily and document interactions in our systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. The role offers medical benefits, 401k enrollment, and various perks including virtual fitness classes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the ACT program or similar CRM systems.
• Experience in temporary housing or customer-facing service roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communication for temporary housing solutions.
• Document detailed records of interactions in the ACT database.
• Assist policyholders with lease extensions and new housing arrangements.
