Job summary

The role requires experience managing large, cross-functional programs, strong independent problem-solving, and deep knowledge of civil, construction, and architectural engineering principles. Eligibility includes working with federal grants and adherence to codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong project management and oversight of multi-phase capital projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with design consultants and contractors.
• Familiarity with federal grant management, procurement, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage capital improvement projects related to building systems and compliance.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, process change orders, and manage vendor invoices.
• Prepare contracts, plans, and bid documents; present to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors; oversee risks and issue resolution.
• Provide technical design feedback and review bids for technical accuracy.
• Conduct site inspections, track schedules, and monitor quality controls.
• Coordinate pre-construction, construction, and final acceptance meetings; support long-range planning.
