Job summary

Independent Management Services is seeking a Site Manager to oversee occupancy, marketing, leasing and resident verification procedures at our multifamily properties.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage move-ins, renewals and compliance tasks. Paycom and RealPage OneSite experience is preferred; competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Sales-minded with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with tax credit compliance, EIV, and HUD Section 8 programs.
• Knowledge of REAC and MOR compliance.
• Proficiency with Paycom and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Occupancy, marketing, leasing, and resident verification procedures.
• Collect information for eligibility screening, rent calculation, and income verification.
• Initial and annual income recertification of residents.
• Complete unit inspections prior to move-in/out.
• Receive and resolve resident requests and concerns.
• Administrative support tasks such as filing, answering phones, data entry.
• Reports to the Site Manager.
