Qualifications

• Leasing, sales, and customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with tax credit programs, EIV, and HUD Section 8.
• Knowledge of REAC and MOR compliance is desirable.
• Proficiency with Paycom and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of all phases of community operations.
• Handle occupancy, marketing, leasing, move-in/out, and income verification processes.
• Conduct quarterly unit inspections and monitor work orders and maintenance.
• Oversee rent eviction and collections per state law and policy.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff and vendors.
• Manage accounts receivable, payments, and supplies to ensure timely expenses.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors, law enforcement, and community members.
• Ensure residents live in a clean, safe, well-maintained environment.
• Report to the Regional Property Manager and ensure compliance with policies.
