Job summary

CCH is seeking a Senior Community Manager for Westlake Christian Terrace East in Oakland, CA to oversee operations of 150+ units across one or more properties. This full-time, non-exempt role requires on-site living at 251-28th Street and a background in property management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of HUD/Section 8, Tax Credits programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating activities.
• Proven interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, and occupancy targets.
• Prepare budgets and monitor variances within approved range.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate inspections and tenure compliance (Fair Housing).
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners on improvements.
