Responsibilities

• Issue vouchers after full application, eligibility and briefing.
• Complete rent reasonableness, affordability, and lease approvals.
• Generate HAP contracts and obtain landlord approval.
• Review client files for eligibility, rent calculations, and documentation.
• Conduct annual and interim reexaminations and rental calculations.
• Maintain participant information in the computer system.
• Communicate with landlords and program participants professionally.
• Perform recordkeeping and maintain confidentiality.
