An established industry player in community behavioral health services is seeking dedicated professionals to join their team. This role involves providing comprehensive recovery and rehabilitative services to adults with psychiatric disabilities. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality case management and therapeutic interventions. Eliot’s Behavioral Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that are evidence-based, providing rehabilitation and hope to those in services.
PACT staff will coordinate and provide comprehensive recovery and rehabilitative services to consumers participating in PACT. Interventions include a range of therapeutic and behavioral services, including crisis intervention, for individuals with both severe mental illnesses and/or substance abuse disorders. Services are predominantly community-based, including at consumers' homes, medical facilities, and other locations.
Responsibilities:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with one 12 pm to 8 pm shift per week and one weekend per month. Rotating on-call duties and holiday schedule.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with adults with persistent mental illness and at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with substance abuse issues.
Licenses & Certifications: Valid MA Driver's License required.
