Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training and three (3) years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and evaluation leading to policy improvement.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain by date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting, budget management, and variance analysis for Housing; act as liaison on related fiscal matters.
• Analyze resident account activity and determine room/board charges per license agreements and occupancy changes.
• Review account activity for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure charges align with licenses and systems.
