Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day budget and accounting operations for the department’s budget.
• Prepare quarterly budget reports, year-end schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Audit timekeeping, payroll processes, and travel and procurement paperwork.
• Coordinate departmental staff hiring, training, and related personnel actions.
