Overview

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Housing Assistant to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. As a Housing Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the common areas and grounds of the housing facilities while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize shared indoor and outdoor housing areas, ensuring all spaces are presentable, safe, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist with room turnover by cleaning, repairing, and preparing spaces for new guests in coordination with maintenance and housing teams
• Support room inspections by documenting findings and helping implement corrective actions as needed
• Maintain organized and accessible housing storage areas, track inventory of cleaning supplies, and notify the Site or Human Resources Coordinator when restocking is needed
• Act as the first point of contact for housing-related cleaning or maintenance concerns, escalating issues promptly to appropriate personnel
