Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. You will greet and register guests, handle cash and credit card transactions, and resolve guest issues with a friendly, proactive approach.

This role offers weekly pay and access to employee discounts, benefits, and growth opportunities within Delaware North's national operations. On-site housing options may be available in the Sequoia area.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

• Greet and register guests via a centralized system and coordinate with housekeeping as needed.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions with accurate paperwork.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, delivering items as needed.
• Monitor and balance daily figures and post charges to guest accounts.

As a Front Desk Clerk, you must be friendly, outgoing, and customer-service focused when addressing guests, so making a great impression is key. Pay

$17.50 - $17.50 / hour

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone and previous customer service experience is beneficial
• Ability to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts
