Job summary

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Coordinator of Contracts and Assignments to oversee housing assignments for new students and special populations across Boca Raton and Jupiter campuses. This full-time role reports to the Assistant Director and emphasizes efficiency and service for students and staff in Housing and Residential Education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process housing assignments for West Campus (first-year housing) and Jupiter Wilkes Honors College.
• Serve as main contact to track and process first-year Housing appeals and Wilkes Honors College housing exemptions.
• Process housing applications and assignments for special populations.
• Maintain data integrity of student housing information in StarRez and other confidential systems.
• Assist with admissions and University events as needed.
