Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate field with two years of experience, or a Bachelor's with four years of experience.
• Experience leading housing or student affairs programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of a Community Coordinator and a Housing Administration Coordinator.
• Lead implementation of the department's residential curriculum.
• Oversee incident response, risk management and campus collaboration.
• Administer student conduct processes and uphold policies.
• Manage operations including occupancy, budgets, and reports.
• Support campus engagement and staff development.
