NeighborImpact in Bend, OR seeks a Housing Advocate to empower individuals through personalized case management, guiding them toward self-sufficiency and stable housing with dignity and respect.

You will screen and assess eligibility, connect clients with community resources, advocate for housing opportunities, and maintain precise client records in coordination with the Client Services Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in case management or related services required.
• Ability to travel throughout the tri-county area regularly using personal vehicle required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proof of auto insurance required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Criminal background check satisfactory.
• Motor vehicle records check satisfactory.
• Bloodborne Pathogens and Naloxone Training within 90 days required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized case management and client support to promote self-sufficiency and stable housing.
• Screen and assess eligibility for program participation.
• Connect clients with community resources and advocate for housing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and collaborate with the Client Services Manager.
