The Bachrach Group is seeking a dedicated Housing Support Specialist in New York to help clients identify housing needs and develop personalized plans. You will conduct housing searches, connect clients with resources, liaise with landlords and authorities, and guide applications and move-in logistics.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients in identifying housing needs and developing individualized housing plans
• Conduct housing searches and connect clients to appropriate housing resources, subsidies, and programs
• Serve as a liaison between clients, landlords, property managers, and housing authorities
• Support clients with housing applications, documentation, and eligibility requirements
• Educate clients on tenant rights, lease agreements, and housing responsibilities
• Coordinate move-in logistics, including inspections, approvals, and follow-up services
• Advocate on behalf of clients to resolve housing barriers and prevent eviction
• Maintain accurate and timely case notes, documentation, and reports in required systems
• Collaborate with internal case managers, social workers, and external service providers
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and housing-related trainings
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations and program guidelines
