LADD Inc. is seeking a Housing Resource Specialist to guide individuals with disabilities through the Housing Choice Voucher process, helping them access safe and affordable housing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License, Insurance and Reliable Transportation
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Basic Computer Skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the completion of the housing subsidy voucher application process
• Building relationships between individuals, local housing services, support service organizations, landlords, neighbors, and members of the community.
• Provide the necessary guidance and support to individuals in going to appointments related to obtaining, using, and maintaining the housing subsidy, including identifying housing.
