As a Houseperson, you will help keep the hotel clean, organized, and guest-ready while supporting daily housekeeping operations and responding to guest needs.
This position requires regular standing and walking, frequent bending, stooping, reaching, stretching, and repetitive use of hands. Candidates should be able to lift, push, pull, and move at least 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. The role may involve occasional exposure to loud noise, outdoor areas, and temperature changes while supporting hotel operations.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hands‑on Houseperson with light maintenance skills to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness in public spaces while assisting with basic troubleshooting and minor property repairs to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including the lobby, fitness center, corridors, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
Deliver requested items (linens, amenities, rollaway beds) promptly to guest rooms.
Assist housekeeping staff with linen distribution, trash removal, and supply restocking.
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on guest room equipment (e.g., plunged toilets, minor plumbing leaks, TV/remote programming, light bulb replacements, door lock resets, PTAC filter cleaning).
Address routine maintenance work orders and guest service requests efficiently.
Monitor property grounds and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and maintenance needs, reporting larger issues to leadership.
Afternoon / Evening shifts (typically [e.g., 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM])
Morning / Day shifts (typically [e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM])
Flexibility to work holidays and peak operational times as needed.
Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, facilities, or general property maintenance preferred.
Basic working knowledge of hand tools and practical troubleshooting skills.
Strong physical stamina: ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Friendly, guest-first attitude with solid communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks independently during shift hours.
