As a Housekeeper / Room Attendant, you will help maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms and assigned hotel areas.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday. Candidates should be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Work is primarily performed indoors within a hotel environment but may occasionally require movement throughout the property

Requirements
Previous housekeeping, room attendant, cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
Ability to clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards within established productivity guidelines.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of the Housekeeping team.
Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assigned rooms and daily responsibilities.
Ability to follow housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, safety requirements, and instructions from supervisors and management.
Professional, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest service.
Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with guests, coworkers, supervisors, and other hotel departments.
Ability to recognize and report maintenance concerns, damaged items, safety hazards, suspicious activity, and guest concerns promptly.
Understanding of guest privacy, confidentiality, security, and proper lost-and-found procedures.
Ability to safely use housekeeping chemicals, cleaning products, equipment, and personal protective equipment as required.
Must maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, linens, and equipment in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
Must have reliable attendance and be able to report to scheduled shifts on time.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
Availability may include weekdays, weekends, holidays, and morning or evening shifts.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and complete assigned rooms and responsibilities within established timeframes.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach, squat, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
Ability to push and maneuver a fully stocked housekeeping cart.
Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to make beds, handle linens, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and perform other physically demanding housekeeping duties throughout the workday.
Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies while following all hotel safety procedures.
Previous experience as a Hotel Housekeeper, Room Attendant, or Guest Room Attendant is strongly preferred.
Previous experience working in a branded hotel environment is a plus.
Familiarity with hotel cleanliness, sanitation, room inspection, and guest-service standards is preferred.
Experience working in a high-occupancy or fast-paced hotel environment is a plus.
