Houseperson (Overnight) - Hilton Cleveland Downtown (Finance)

A Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial goals.

What will I be doing?

As a Houseperson, your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning designated areas such as restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Performing tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, and trash disposal
• Greeting guests courteously
• Reporting maintenance issues and repair needs
• Stocking and maintaining supply rooms
• Executing deep cleaning and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves)
• Assisting with guest requests and cleaning guest rooms as needed
