Job Summary

A Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Perform tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and cleaning floors
• Greet guests courteously and respond to their requests
• Report maintenance issues and repair needs
• Stock and maintain supplies in storage areas
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms and deliver guest requests
