Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a Houseperson to support housekeeping operations and maintain the appearance of our resort. You will assist Room Attendants with supplies and help keep public areas clean, contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays, and physical ability to lift and move moderate weights. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, and you will join a team focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate weight.
• Prior hotel housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants by stripping rooms, delivering linens, amenities, and other supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, public spaces, and service areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests and support the housekeeping team in a timely manner
• Ensure storage rooms and carts are well-stocked and organized
• Handle tasks that require lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate weight (with proper technique and equipment)

Join our dynamic Housekeeping Team at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa as a Houseperson, where your attention to detail and helpful attitude will make a lasting impression on our guests.

What You’ll Do:

As a Houseperson, you'll play a vital role in supporting our housekeeping operations and ensuring the overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel. From assisting Room Attendants with supplies to maintaining public areas, you'll help create a welcoming environment that guests remember.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
