Job summary

Grand Hyatt at SFO in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to support Room Attendants by cleaning carts, handling trash and linens, and restocking supplies in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires good communication and the ability to lift and move moderate weights, with weekend and holiday availability. This position offers teamwork within Hyatt’s hospitality team and opportunities to contribute to guest comfort.

Qualifications

• This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight.
• Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible to provide assistance to the Room Attendant, such as cleaning their carts, taking trash and soiled linen, provide the necessary materials to complete their work assignment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Hotel particularly the hallways, make sure that guest will have cleaned environment.
• Do some particular project that assigned daily, for example shampooing carpet stripping floor and other project that will be assigned by the manager.
• This is a fast-paced position.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants by cleaning carts and transporting supplies.
• Remove trash and soiled linens; restock rooms and carts as needed.
• Maintain clean hallways and public areas to ensure guest comfort.
