Responsibilities

• Respond to guest queries and requests promptly
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms as needed
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in safe condition
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or maintenance issues

Job SummaryThe Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms by removing used lines and ensuring all areas meet the hotel’s established standards of cleanliness.
