Job summary

ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC is seeking a Houseperson to uphold cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas. You will report maintenance issues, protect property, and assist with housekeeping requests, delivering items and maintaining equipment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner, and adherence to safety protocols, with capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remove garbage/recycling from offices and housekeeping rooms.
• Clean mirrors, entrance doors, and spot-clean carpets; report larger spots.
• Launder public area linens and strip used linens from guest rooms.
• Maintain records of room cleanings and respond to guest requests.
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms; maintain cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance issues or damages.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Job SummaryThe Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms by removing used lines and ensuring all areas meet the hotel’s established standards of cleanliness.
