Hershey Lodge is seeking a dedicated full-time Houseperson to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort. You will vacuum, sweep, mop, and service public areas and guest rooms, with essential duties that support the lodge’s welcoming environment.
The role requires 18+ years, physical stamina, and the ability to work a 3:00 pm–11:00 pm shift, weekends and holidays based on occupancy demands. You will join a team devoted to safe, high-quality hospitality.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
This position requires successful completion and passing of the post-offer employment physical exam.
Experience operating a scissor lift, extractor/shampooer, high/low speed floor buffer, and power washer, or willing and able to learn.
Previous housekeeper or houseperson experience a plus.
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle to transport trash to designated areas on property.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to understand and comply with instructions, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Professional guest attitude, well groomed, and appearance in compliance with Lodge standards.
Ability to give directions to property rooms/locations.
Ability to safely use approved chemicals, meeting OSHA standards.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

Lift up to 20 pounds, push up to 75 pounds, carry up to 20 pounds, reach forward, reach overhead, stoop, kneel, crouch, handle objects, grasp and operate controls

Lift 21 – 50 pounds, carry 11 – 50 pounds, climb stairs, grasp firmly, and crawl.
May be required to work in extreme hot or cold conditions.
Proper footwear to be provided by employee.
2nd shift: 3:00 pm -11:00 am. Weekends and holidays required.
Start times may be modified based on occupancy demands.
Must be able to work daily and/or weekly overtime when necessary.
This is a union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet schedule requirements, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
