Job summary

Residence Inn Wesley Chapel is seeking a Houseperson for the 4pm-11pm shift. You will respond promptly to guest requests and other departments, identify and report maintenance issues, and maintain guestrooms and public areas in a clean, orderly state.

Responsibilities include handling linen, removing trash, inspecting floors, collecting newspapers, and assisting guests with in-room issues such as TV, phones, and toilets. Competitive benefits offered.

• Maintain guestrooms, working areas and hotel premises in a clean and orderly condition.
• Walk floors to collect newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, and soiled linen at start and end of shift.
• Assist guests with in-room issues (TV, phones, toilets, etc).

Job description

As Houseperson (4pm-11pm), you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify, fix and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
