Job summary

Peachtree Group is hiring a part-time Houseperson to respond promptly to guest and department requests and to identify and report maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms. The role includes restocking linen, maintaining carts, and ensuring clean and orderly guestrooms and work areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to walk floors and lift linens as needed.
• Strong reporting of maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms.

• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues.
• Maintain guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.
• Receive linen supplies from floor shoots and maintain housekeeping carts.
• Remove trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk assigned floors at the start and end of shift to collect newspapers, bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill par stock of linen on each floor pantry.

Job description

As Houseperson (Part time), you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintains housekeeping carts.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
