Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Houseperson to respond promptly to guest and department requests while maintaining cleanliness across guestrooms, public areas, and working spaces. You will identify maintenance issues and ensure orderly hotel premises.

The role involves handling linen, collecting waste, and refilling linen stock on each floor pantry, with a focus on efficiency and service quality in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Maintain guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.

Job description

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintains housekeeping carts.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
