• Perform floor cleaning and floor care tasks using vacuums, buffers and mops.
• Handle chemical agents safely by understanding SDS and following proper chemical handling procedures.
• Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, furniture and equipment.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning public areas, hallways, stairwells and service spaces in line with hotel protocols.
• Replenish supplies, restock linen carts and ensure cleaning tools are in good condition.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or special cleaning needs with courteous service.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of public areas, guest corridors, and service spaces, while responding to guest requests and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your proactive approach to cleaning, safety, and customer service will help uphold our hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support hotel housekeeping management by replenishing supplies, restocking linen carts, and ensuring all cleaning tools are maintained in good condition.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or special cleaning needs with a friendly attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures during incidents or safety concerns to ensure guest and staff safety at all times.
