Job summary

SpringHill Suites Paso Robles-Atascadero is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms to our standards. You will clean rooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock amenities while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will report issues, handle lost-and-found procedures, and support laundry and other housekeeping tasks. Strong attention to detail and reliable teamwork are essential in this on-site role within a hospitality-focused team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic cleaning skills.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining Company standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to Company standards
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe surfaces and walls, and complete other room-cleaning tasks
• Complete rooms efficiently within established time guidelines while maintaining quality
• Restock guest room amenities according to Company standards
• Report maintenance issues or items requiring immediate attention
• Report any damage, missing items, or guest belongings found in rooms to the appropriate manager
• Follow all lost-and-found procedures
• Maintain complete security of assigned master room keys and return them at the end of each shift
• Assist with laundry and other Housekeeping duties as needed
• Communicate professionally and courteously with guests, managers, and fellow team members
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized Housekeeping environment
• Support other team members and hotel departments as needed

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Located in the heart of California’s Paso Robles wine country, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascadero is an all-suite hotel offering a modern and comfortable home base for exploring the Central Coast. The hotel features spacious suites, complimentary breakfast, an outdoor pool, fitness center, Union & Vine restaurant and bar, and inviting outdoor spaces with a fire pit. With more than 5,000 square feet of flexible event space and convenient access to Paso Robles wineries, Templeton, and Atascadero, the property is well suited for both leisure and business travelers.

THE ROLE

As a Room Attendant, you’ll play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for every guest. You’ll take pride in the details, keeping guest rooms and assigned areas to our standards while working efficiently and safely as part of the Housekeeping team. You will:
