Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors and service spaces.
• Follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and chemical handling procedures.
• Assist with heavy lifting and provide support for housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning and floor care tasks using vacuums, buffers and mops.
• Handle chemical agents safely by understanding SDS and following proper chemical handling procedures.
• Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, furniture and equipment.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning public areas, hallways, stairwells and service spaces in line with hotel protocols.
• Replenish supplies, restock linen carts and ensure cleaning tools are in good condition.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or special cleaning needs with courteous service.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
