Kapalua, The Bay Course, located in Lahaina, HI, is seeking a Full-Time Houseperson to join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality management. You will perform cleaning duties, restock supplies, and maintain clubhouse areas while adhering to safety procedures and security guidelines.

This role requires physical stamina and reliable attendance. Included are healthcare benefits, retirement plans with 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsabilidades

• Complete cleaning and maintenance duties including sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, trash removal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning
• Notify supervisor of needed supplies
• Remove trash from premises and assist with emergency cleaning as needed
• Properly utilize equipment and follow all safety procedures
• Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning and sanitary supplies for assigned areas
• Inspect clubhouse and surrounding amenities daily and report any issues to supervisor
• Follow all security procedures and precautions at all times
• Complete daily work orders in a timely manner
• Refill dispensers such as hand towels, toilet paper, and soap; clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and counters
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including emptying trash and ash receptacles, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching as needed
• Work in outdoor weather conditions as required
• Respond to emergencies in a timely manner
• Climb ladders and work at elevated heights when necessary
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Candidate must possess a valid driver's license.

Pay

$24.72 per hour
