Job summary

Troon, the world’s leading golf and hospitality management company, seeks a Part-Time Guest Service Attendant for Princeville Makai Golf Club in Princeville, HI. You will welcome guests, handle clubs, educate players, and support Outside Services to ensure a great guest experience.

Role requires early opening shifts (5:30 AM) on select days and weekend availability; benefits include healthcare, retirement options, and service-charge eligibility. Compensation is $17.17 per hour.

Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training.
• Must be available to open (5:30 AM–1:30 PM) on Wednesdays and Thursdays; must be able to work weekends with at least two days of availability, including opening shifts beginning at 5:30 AM and closing shifts ending at 7:30 PM

Princeville Makai Golf Club, located in Princeville, HI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay

$17.17 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Outside Services
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning
• Assists in educating players regarding the game
• Directs the start of play when necessary
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return
• Assists with food and beverage activities

• Performs other duties as required
